Made using silverside of beef (like what you would use for your Sunday roast) from cows raised on a grass based diet.
Our biltong is prepared using a traditional South African recipe, it's marinated, air dried & hand selected before being sliced and packed.
Biltong is a perfect all round snack, ideal for building muscle post work-out and also for those just looking for a healthy snack.
It has a long shelf life, with no need to refrigerate. Plus, the packs are light, great for keeping in a gym bag or on the commute to work.
